Customer Support professional needed with logistics knowledge for a company in Aylesford, Kent
Hours are 37.5 per week (8.30am - 5.00pm)

This role needs at least 2 years customer service experience in an FMCG industry, preferably beverages or food
It is also important to have logistics, distribution and stock knowledge, although it would be possible for a high quality customer service candidate to train up

ERP usage experience would be a distinct advantage, the package used isn't important, just knowledge of an ERP management system

Knowledge and skills:-

  • Customer service - main point of contact
  • Logistics - transport
  • Stock, despatch, deliveries, warehousing
  • Invoicing and purchase orders
  • Assist other departments such as, sales, technical, planning & quality
  • Good level of numeracy, written & spoken English
  • Microsoft packages
