Service Charge Accounts Administrator needed for a property management company in Hertford

Hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
This is an office based role, but currently 3 days are remote working, and there is a possibility of retaining a home working element

No formal qualifications are required, but a minimum of 12 months experience in an accounts administration role is essential

As well as good administration skills, some knowledge of the property management sector would be a big plus. Systems used are Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
This is a role for someone who wants to further their career, study and advancement will be fully supported

Experience and skills needed:-

  • Data entry using accounting software
  • Raising property related invoices, for items such as ground rent
  • Credit and direct debit management
  • Good communication with customers via telephone and email
  • Excellent calculation ability
  • Supplier account administration
